Businesses and organizations are allowed to set up a tent and or table and are required to give away free products including but not limited to merchandise, food or beverage. All items must be approved by the Alive After Five Committee (from this point forward referred to as AAFC) prior to the distribution and must be directly related to the business or organization.
- Businesses and organizations that set-up at the Alive After Five are prohibited from selling product, food, beverage or other merchandise.
- Businesses and organizations that set-up at the Alive After Five are prohibited from fund raising at the event unless the proceeds are to directly benefit the Historic Sanford Welcome Center.
- The AAFC reserves the exclusive right to refuse participation to any business or organization. All businesses and organizations must be approved by the AAFC prior to the event.
- Only businesses or organizations selected by AAFC may distribute materials and information pertaining solely to the business or organization that has applied to participate. A representative from the business must e present, oversee their location at all times and display their materials for the duration of the event. Assistants (including family members) are welcome, but NOT in place of the employee or owner of the business or organization.
- Booth sharing is strictly prohibited.
- Our committee will view booths during the event. If exhibited material or booth display differs significantly from the information provided at the time of registration, the responsible party will be asked to remove unacceptable material or literature and/or rework booth display. Continued infraction of this policy will result in the responsible party being asked to leave.
- Set up time is 4:00 – 4:45pm the day of the event. Please be prompt.

*Once your application is received you will be contacted by a member of the AAFC to schedule a date and time to review your application.
Additional Information
On a separate sheet of paper, please tell us interesting or newsworthy information about you, your work, your business or organization. This information will be available to the jury, and any information you send may also be used in our event advertising and/or given to our contacts at newspapers, television and radio stations for media coverage of the Alive After Five event.
Waiver
I have read the rules governing the Alive After Five and agree to abide by them. I do hereby release and hold harmless the Alive After Five, Historic Sanford Welcome Center and the City of Sanford of and from any and all manner of actions, such as suits, damages or claims whatsoever arising from any loss or damage to my property or anyone’s property in my possession or supervision.
