1. Acceptable work is limited to original art created and presented by the creating artist, plus reproductions of the original works. Reproductions must be signed and numbered. All reproductions whether framed or unframed, must be clearly and individually labeled “REPRODUCTION” or “LIMITED EDITION REPRODUCTION.”
2. Objects assembled from kits, pre-carved or pre-molded reproductions, manufactured parts, buy-sell, commercial displays and the like are not acceptable. Final interpretation of the commercial status will be made by Alive After Five Art Committee (from this point forward referred to as AAFAC). AAFAC shall have the sole, exclusive and final authority to determine a work’s acceptability for display within the Alive After Five Event. A work determined to be unacceptable must be removed and may not be displayed to the public at the Alive After Five Event.
3. Only artists selected by AAFAC may exhibit work within the Alive After Five Event. All artists listed on the application must e present, oversee their exhibit at all times and display their work for the duration of the event. Assistants (including family members) are welcome, but NOT in place of the artist.
4. Slides submitted for consideration must be representative of the works that will be exhibited in the Alive After Five. Our committee will view booths with slides in hand during the event. If exhibited work or booth display differs significantly from the slides submitted, the artist will be asked to remove unacceptable work and/or rework booth display. Continued infraction of this policy will result in the artist being asked to leave.
5. Artists may enter more than one category for jurying.
6. Artists are responsible for their own insurance and the collection and reporting of any applicable taxes.

Additional Information 

On a separate sheet of paper, please tell us interesting or newsworthy information about you, your work, or your artistic process. Process/technique information will be available to the jury, and any information you send may also be used in our event advertising and/or given to our contacts at newspapers, television and radio stations for media coverage of the Alive After Five event.

I have read the rules governing the Alive After Five and agree to abide by them.
